Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and plans change. In the event that you need to cancel your order, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of placing the order and a shipping label has not been created will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation made after 24 hours of placing the order but before the order has been shipped will receive a partial refund minus a restocking fee of 10%.
- Cancellation made after the order has been shipped will not receive a refund.
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone and provide your order number.
