Q: How long will it take for the Customer Service Team to respond to my email?
A: Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your email.
Q: What happens if I send an email after business hours or on the weekend?
A: Emails sent after business hours will be responded to on the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 3pm PST through Sunday evening are responded to the following business day.

Q: Will the colors of the products look exactly the same in person as they do on my monitor?
A: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.
DAMAGED ITEMS FAQS:
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item? A: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES FAQS:
Q: Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages? A: Come Style With Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates “Delivered,” Come Style With Me is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.
